110學年度第1學期日間部開學前提醒通知-學生 / Reminder for Students of Day Division for the 1st Semester of the 110th Academic Year

親愛的同學:您好!

 

因應近期Delta疫情及中央流行疫情指揮中心防疫政策公布二級警戒延長至9月20日(星期一),為強化校園防疫,避免增加師生在中秋連假期間返鄉移動提高傳染機率,本校於9月13日(星期一)至9月26日(星期日)實施「線上同步教學」,9月27日(星期一)恢復實體上課,但本校將隨時依據中央流行疫情指揮中心的指示,調整校園各項防疫措施,屆時若因疫情影響須延續「線上同步教學」,請務必隨時預備、協助及配合。教學相關規定訊息,如下:

 

  1. 9月13日(星期一)為開學日,上午線上開學典禮、下午第六節開始正式「線上同步教學」。同學若有設備使用的困難,請務必於線上同步教學開始前先向課務組詢問,以及時提供您所需之協助。
  2. 請同學上課前先至【雲端學園】最新消息查閱任課教師使用教學平台連結網址,【雲端學園】操作手冊.請連結http://elearning2.wzu.edu.tw/,再點選【學生環境使用手冊】。提醒您於「線上同步教學」上完選修課程,須加課或退課者,請於加退選時間內至【網路選課】系統加課或退課。
  3. 相關選課時程及注意事項,請參閱課務組【最新消息】公告,網址:https://d002.wzu.edu.tw/
  4. 9月27日(星期一)恢復實體上課,因應課程需要,上課教室尚有可能異動,請同學於實體上課前務必再次確認上課教室。
  5. 返校上課後,若同學對已選的課程仍有加、退課需求者,請於10月1日(星期五)前洽教務處課務組辦理。
  6. 請各位同學務必要收學校提供之學生電子郵件信箱,以利獲得最新資訊。

Dear Students,

Because of the recent spread of Delta coronavirus pandemic, the Central Epidemic Command Center has extended the period of pandemic prevention alert at level 2 to September 20th. In order to decrease the probability of infection due to the fact that teachers and students may travel back and forth during the Mid-Autumn Festival, we will conduct “Synchronous Online Courses” from 9/13 to 9/26 and resume face-to-face instruction on campus on 9/27. Meanwhile, we will readjust the pandemic prevention on campus according to CECC’s announcement at any time. If the “Synchronous Online Courses” is to be continued due to the impact of the pandemic, please be sure to prepare, assist and cooperate at any time. Here are some reminders for you:

 

  1. The class begins on Sep. 13 (Mon.), 2021. The online opening ceremony is scheduled in the morning, and online classes begin at 13:10 p.m. If you have any problem using the online course equipment, please contact the curriculum section before the class begins.
  2. Please check the link of teaching platform and announcement on the last news on the “Cloud-e-Learning” before the class begins. The guide for using “Cloud-e-Learning” please link to :https://elearning2.wzu.edu.tw/. After taking the synchronous online courses, please apply for adding/dropping of the courses on “Course Selection Operation System” before the deadline if necessary.
  3. For information regarding the course selection schedule and announcement, please refer to the link of “WHAT’S NEWS” of Curriculum Section.
  4. Resume face-to-face instruction on campus on 9/27. Due to the needs of the courses, there might be some changes for classroom arrangement. Please confirm your classrooms again before the class begins.
  5. If you still need to add/drop the courses after 9/27, please contact the curriculum section before 10/1.
  6. Please check the e-mails via student ID e-mail address for all important announcements and new information.
